With obesity levels rapidly increasing within the UK, it is essential to promote a healthier lifestyle towards our younger generation. KEY Basketball has based the company on this problem, linking new ideas together with exercise in order to help combat this issue.

Healthy Eating and Fitness Well-Being workshops are available, where the main focus of these sessions are educating children on food groups, food and fluid intake, types of exercise and recommended amounts.

KEY Basketball makes it a priority that all participants practice in a safe environment, where thorough risk assessments are completed prior to and during the sessions.

We also make sure that all participants are continuously involved within every session by incorporating individual and team skill based stations and competitions.
